NCRC offers year round placement in our programs based on availability and we are excited to work with families interested in our programs year round. Families applying for the 2026/2027 school year, please reference the timeline below. Families interested in the 2025/2026 school year, please email Admissions.

Admissions Tours

NCRC hosts tours weekly for prospective parents and caregivers. We welcome you to come tour and experience the joy of NCRC first hand. To register for a tour, log in through your Ravenna account. Please contact the NCRC Admissions Team with any questions, and we look forward to getting to know your family!

Steps to Apply

Submit Application

Applications are submitted through your Ravenna account. Please reach out to our Admissions Team if you have any issues setting up your account. Once you set up your account, select the learning tier to which you are applying. Please reach out to our Admissions Team if you have any questions.

Early Learning Program

Child must turn 2 by September 1, 2026.
Select grade N1 or N2.

Preschool Program

Minimum age required: children must turn 3 by September 1, 2026.
For children with summer birthdays, we work closely with families to determine best placement.
Select grade PS.

Pre-Kindergarten Program

Minimum age required: children must turn 4 by September 1, 2026.
For children with summer birthdays, we work closely with families to determine best placement.
Select grade PK.

Attend Play Session

The play session is designed to observe your child in our school setting and to determine appropriate placement within NCRC classes. During the visit, children will be in a small group with other children of similar ages led by our classroom teaching teams. There will be table top activities for the children to explore, such as puzzles, play dough, and small manipulatives. We will end the visit with a story time and snack.
