How to Apply

Early Learning Program 

• Recommended Age Range: Child's Date of Birth Between: August 1, 2022- July 31, 2023.
• Select grade N1 or N2.

Preschool Program

• Recommended Age Range: Child's Date of Birth Between: August 1, 2021- July 31, 2022.
• Select grade PS.

Pre-Kindergarten Program

• Recommended Age Range: Child's Date of Birth Between: August 1, 2020- July 31, 2021.
• Select grade PK.

Applicants must be at least 2 years old by August 1, 2025. For best consideration, families are encouraged to adhere to NCRC's admissions deadlines. 

Priority Applicant Materials Deadline: November 25, 2025

NCRC hosts a Priority Application period for siblings of current students, siblings of alums who have completed NCRC’s PK program, & children of current faculty & staff. 

General Application Due:  January 15, 2025 with all supporting documents due by January 20 (for best consideration) .

Applications are submitted through your Ravenna account. Please reach out to our Admissions Team if you have any issues setting up your account. 

The play session is designed to observe your child in our school setting and to determine appropriate placement within NCRC classes. During the visit, children will be in a small group with other children of similar ages led by our classroom teaching teams. There will be table top activities for the children to explore, such as puzzles, play dough, and small manipulatives. We will end the visit with a story time and snack.
