How to Apply

Welcome to NCRC! We are delighted by your interest in our school, and we look forward to working with your family. To begin, please create a Ravenna account. This is where prospective families sign up for admissions events and submit their application.

The application for the 2027-2028 school year has not yet been posted. If you are interested in the 2026-2027 school year, please contact admissions directly.

Steps to Apply

Submit Application

Applications are submitted through your Ravenna account. Please reach out to our Admissions Team if you have any issues setting up your account. Once you set up your account, select the learning tier to which you are applying. Please reach out to our Admissions Team if you have any questions.

Early Learning Program

Must be 2 years old by September 1, 2027.
Select grade N1 or N2.

Preschool Program

Must be 3 years old by September 1, 2027
Select grade PS.

Pre-Kindergarten Program

Must be 4 years old by September 1, 2027.
Select grade PK.

Attend Play Session

The play session is designed to observe your child in our school setting and to determine appropriate placement within NCRC classes. During the visit, children will be in a small group with other children of similar ages led by our classroom teaching teams. There will be table top activities for the children to explore, such as puzzles, play dough, and small manipulatives. We will end the visit with a story time and snack.
