NCRC's Value Proposition
Since 1928, NCRC has championed the value of a program dedicated solely to early childhood. Guided by sound research in child development, the NCRC play-based curriculum focuses on the cognitive and developmental needs of children ages two to five. We use play to support development in all domains and to maximize the potential of our young learners.
NCRC intentionally cultivates a learning environment that reflects a diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. We recognize the investment of time and financial resources that an NCRC education requires of families and it’s important to us that our community include members from all socioeconomic backgrounds. We encourage any family who may benefit from any level of tuition assistance to apply for our Tuition Assistance Program. Support for tuition is based on the family's financial reports, and depends on the overall availability of Tuition Assistance Program funds. NCRC's goal is to make NCRC available to as many families as we can with the resources available to us.
NCRC's Tuition Assistance Program
NCRC provides a need-based Tuition Assistance Program. We encourage any family who may benefit from ANY LEVEL of tuition assistance to consider applying. Any Tuition Assistance award is based on the family's financial reports coupled with the overall availability of NCRC’s Tuition Assistance Program funds. NCRC's goal is to optimally support all qualifying families with the fund resources available.

Fees
Non-refundable deposit, applied to Tuition: $1,000
Activity & Administrative Fees: $100
Installment Plan Fee: $100 (only for families that pay tuition in installments. Families that pay tuition in full are not charged this fee.)
Tuition Refund Plan (Insurance required of all families): $180-$330
Later Gators After Care: $2,870 (4:00 pm Pick-Up)/ $5,740 (5:00 pm Pick-Up)
Steps to Apply for Tuition Assistance Program
NCRC uses the services of Tuition Aid Data Services to help objectively determine a family’s financial need. The information obtained in the application process will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating an applicant’s eligibility for assistance and will be treated confidentially. TAD’s calculation provides the baseline for our determinations, taking into consideration our school's policies and the resources available.

$35 application fee is required through TADS. If your family would like to request a fee waiver, please contact Jan Austin prior to filling out the TADS application and provide your email address.

Tuition Assistance Award notifications are issued to accepted families on March 3 via email.
