"There is something about this particular community that I want to come back to again and again."
The NCRC community is an extended family, welcoming parents, grandparents, alumni, parents of alumni, and friends to participate in the life of the school. In sharing our many traditions, backgrounds, ideas, and talents, every member of the community can find opportunities to be involved at NCRC.
The preschool years never last long enough, but the NCRC experience will last a lifetime.
Who We Are
An essential part of school life is having the involvement of the people who make NCRC great - all of you. We value collaboration by making connections and learning together. From discussion groups to gatherings, we provide opportunities to celebrate each individual.
We strengthen the connection between home and school by inviting parents to be active participants in the school community and helping parents build strong ties among families.
We like to say that every day is Grandparents Day at NCRC and encourage grandparent involvement - whether from down the street or across an ocean.

Time at NCRC zips by and our community is eager to stay in touch. Alumni continue to share their stories with us after they leave, letting us see where their journey takes them after NCRC.

Our faculty and staff are intentional. They are purposeful. They are creative. And they care. Our teachers create an educational environment that inspires questions and supports a child's development in ways that are fun and engaging, guiding them to become the best version of themselves.

Engaging caregivers in the community is an important part of what we do. At NCRC we believe in providing caregivers with resources and information to support them in their relationships with families. Caregivers are invited to drop-off discussions and several times a year NCRC hosts sessions just for caregivers.
