Lisa Agogliati ("Ms. A"): Long-time NCRC Explorer Class Teacher and parent of one alumnus.
Susan Anton: Parent of current AM Sunshiner and one alumnus, Trustee, Chair of the Board's Special Needs and Inclusion Committee.
Susan has worked for US Citizenship and Immigration Services for over 15 years in the areas of refugee and asylum law, comparative integration policy, and developing educational materials, grant programs and outreach for immigrants.
Rachna Bhatt: Rainbow parent; Trustee; Co-Chair of Diversity, Inclusion, Cultural-Competence, and Equity Committee; Co-Chair of Trustee Committee.
Rachna runs a commercial construction company that specializes in government work. She serves on several non-profit Boards and holds an MBA.
Marian Brice: Long-serving Occupational Therapist and Child Development Team member.
Marian's passion for the wondrous years of early childhood development, which lay the crucial foundation for a rich academic and healthy life, has kept her as the NCRC staff occupational therapist for 22 years.
Shannon Curvey: Parent of current Explorer and one alumnus, current Parent Association President.
Shannon spent her early career in retained Executive Search, most notably working for Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry recruiting Finance executives for Fortune 500 companies.
Rick Juneja: Parent of current Bunny and one alumna, active member of the Dad’s Team.
Rick is a software executive who manages large teams and clients, and has significant experience in recruiting and hiring across a wide array of roles.
Nancy Meakem (Co-Chair): Parent of two alumni and one aspiring Bunny, Trustee, former Vice Chair of the Board and former Parent Association President.
Nancy is a Managing Director for KIPP DC, a network of high performing public charter schools in Washington. A former teacher, she has a Masters in Education.
Sasha Miller: Parent of a current Explorer and an aspiring Beehiver, member of the Special Needs and Inclusion Committee, Parent Association Vice President.
Sasha is a lawyer and the hiring partner at Zuckerman Spaeder LLP. She also serves on the board of City Dogs Rescue.
Connie Pendleton (Co-Chair): Parent of two alumni, Trustee, former Vice Chair of the Board, Chair of the Communications and Community Committee of the Board, neighbor of the school.
Connie is a First Amendment lawyer and partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where she chaired the firm’s Media Law Practice. For 20 years, Connie has advised and litigated on behalf of clients defending their free speech and free press rights. She currently chairs the Media Law Community of the DC Bar.
Aaron Stallworth: Parent of a current AM Sunshiner and one alumnus, active Parent Association volunteer.
Aaron works with the United Negro College Fund Gates Millennium Scholars Program and formerly worked as the Director of College Counseling at EL Haynes Public Charter School in DC. He has a Masters in Education and serves on the board for the Episcopal Center for Children.
David Sutphen: Current PM Beehive parent, new to NCRC with extensive education and board experience.
David Sutphen is the Chief Communications & Engagement Officer at 2U, the world’s leading education technology company. He also sits on the board of trustees of Amherst College and serves on the board of directors of the US Soccer Foundation, the official charity of US Soccer, GetSchooled — a partnership of Gates Foundation and Viacom — and the CityBridge Foundation.
